In this pivotal leadership role, you’ll personalize guest journeys with tools like Dosha Analysis, Iridology, Dry Therapies, and BodyScience, blending ancient practices with western diagnostics. You’ll shape cutting-edge programs, train practitioners, guide business strategy, and represent the soul of wellness on property. The incumbent should have a deep understanding of multiple healing systems:

• Naturopathic Medicine – Natural remedies, nutrition, homeopathy, and lifestyle healing
• Ayurveda – Dosha balancing, Panchakarma, herbs, yoga, and detox
• Traditional Chinese Medicine – Acupuncture, tai chi, qi gong, and herbal care
• Energy Medicine – Reiki, chakra work, and energy balancing
• Mind-Body Medicine – Meditation, mindfulness, hypnosis, and biofeedback
• Herbal & Botanical Medicine – Plant-based therapies integrated with holistic living

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design and delivery of transformative wellness programs
• Stay ahead of global wellness trends and drive innovation
• Train and support a team of passionate practitioners
• Represent the resort as a wellness ambassador at events and talks
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and HR to grow our impact and reach

Minimum Core Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in Holistic Wellness or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a 4-5 star resort/hotel with a leading wellness component.
• Knowledge of teaching 2-3 wellness-related modalities and other holistic activities.
• Standard First Aid/CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends based on business requirements.
